In my third semester at NAIT I had to create a Thesis project which was to be presented as a video. For this project we were free to choose what ever topic we wanted, and basically had no limitations except for the number for images that were required. I had bounced a couple ideas around in my head for a few of weeks until the topic due date and I finally decided to choose "The Black Swan". I knew that I wanted to do something dark, and something that people wouldn't expect from me. I wanted to challenge myself.
I really could not have picked a better model for my Thesis. Alyssa was so enthusiastic about this project which really made a big difference. She was able to switch roles from white swan to black swan in a matter of seconds and was so good at portraying both sides. After our first shoot, and my crummy attempt at make-up I was lucky to have Emily join us and help with make-up. She is so talented and did such an amazing job. She was able to do exactly what I had visioned and I am so thankful that she was willing to help.
I am really proud of my project and thankful for all those who helped make it possible.
